An Around Town Community Magazines, Inc. franchise is available for purchase in all but the following states. These states require additional disclosures for the sale of a franchise. These registration states are:

California, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Virginia, Washington and Wisconsin.

If you reside in or would like to open a franchise in one of the states listed above, additional disclosure is required. At the present time, ATCM does not plan to register in these states, and therefore, do not offer franchises for purchase in these states.
